Terms & Conditions for jeeduzz

01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "User") and jeeduzz (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us ", or "Platform") with respect to your use of the jeeduzz website and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, and payment processing facilities.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the jeeduzz platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the English text, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances. The governing language of this Agreement is English.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jeeduzz platform and, if registered, request account closure by contacting support at support@jeeduzz.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of jeeduzz is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jeeduzz enforces a strict 18+ policy without exception. Providing false information about your age during registration is a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity — not on behalf of a third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jeeduzz or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jeeduzz directly or via any responsible gaming programme to which jeeduzz is a participant.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gambling services under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play. jeeduzz operates as an offshore platform; the Player bears sole responsibility for determining and complying with local laws.

jeeduzz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid passport, or a government-issued driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any bonuses received; winnings accumulated on such an account will be forfeited in their entirety.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and sportsbook markets on jeeduzz, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh-based mobile number.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on jeeduzz. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether using the same identity, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts detected by the Company will be suspended, and any balances held across those accounts may be consolidated or forfeited at the Company's sole discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeeduzz login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. The Company will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account, including wagers placed and withdrawals requested, will be treated as authorised by you unless you have formally notified jeeduzz of a security breach via support@jeeduzz.

Accurate Information

You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information — including a name that does not match your identity documents — may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until the discrepancy is resolved to the Company's satisfaction.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jeeduzz are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not apply currency conversion markups on deposits or withdrawals. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Accepted Payment Methods

jeeduzz currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-localised payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may change without prior notice. Check the cashier section of your account for the most current list of active methods.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit — this same-method policy is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the identity verification process by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID. Withdrawal requests that pass verification are typically processed within the same business day for mobile banking channels. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

Funds Held in Trust

Player funds deposited into jeeduzz accounts are held separately from the Company's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to ensure that player balances remain protected and available for withdrawal in the normal course of business operations.

Prohibited Transactions

You must not use the jeeduzz cashier for any purpose other than genuine gambling activity on this platform. The use of the deposit and withdrawal mechanism to process payments, test banking channels, or cycle funds without genuine gaming activity is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant financial authorities where required by law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jeeduzz offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms; the following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds or associated winnings that remain uncleared at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the account without compensation.

Bonus Abuse

jeeduzz maintains active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, collusion between players to meet wagering requirements artificially, and the use of low-risk or excluded game categories to clear wagering obligations. Where abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend the account.

Game Contributions

Different game categories may contribute at different rates towards meeting a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute at 100%; table games, live casino, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the promotion's terms. Players are advised to check these rates before using bonus funds on non-slot titles.

One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with another. Attempting to claim a second bonus while a wagering requirement from a prior bonus remains active may result in the newer bonus being forfeited.

06 User Obligations

By using jeeduzz, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You expressly agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sportsbook market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions in the platform. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected exploit are void and will be removed from the account. You are required to report any bugs to support@jeeduzz immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information when placing sportsbook wagers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the jeeduzz platform, software, or content.
• Using the platform in a manner that could damage, overburden, or impair the jeeduzz infrastructure or interfere with other users' access to the service.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to fund a jeeduzz account. The Company cooperates with financial intelligence requests and may freeze accounts pending investigation where financial crime is suspected.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where required.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the jeeduzz platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of jeeduzz or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeeduzz platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of jeeduzz.

Any unauthorised use of jeeduzz's intellectual property constitutes an infringement of this Agreement and applicable intellectual property law, and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

jeeduzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder is under 18 years of age or has provided false age information.
• The account is being operated in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or money-laundering activity is suspected or confirmed in connection with the account.
• A chargeback has been filed against a deposit made to the account.
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order that jeeduzz is required to honour.
• Regulatory, legal, or law-enforcement requirements necessitate account action.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their jeeduzz account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at support@jeeduzz. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the verified withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of the identity verification process and the absence of any pending bonus wagering obligations.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or Company-initiated — your licence to access and use the jeeduzz platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability clauses) shall continue to apply following closure.
