Returning After Self-Exclusion
For exclusions of 30 to 180 days, you may request reinstatement once the exclusion period has fully elapsed. Reinstatement is not automatic — you must submit a written request to our support team, after which there is a mandatory 24-hour reflection period before access is restored. For 1-year exclusions, the reflection period is 7 days. Permanent exclusions cannot be lifted under any circumstances.
06 Deposit & Loss Limits
